When to call vs. when to email

Call 806-615-3601 for:

• Anything happening right now (breakdown, lockout, dead battery, accident)
• Roadside assistance - jump starts, flat tires, gas delivery
• Same-day towing within Amarillo or the Panhandle
• Emergencies on I-40, US-287, Loop 335, I-27, or any road

Email or use the contact form for:

• Quotes on scheduled tows or long distance hauling
• Junk car removal where the car has been sitting and is not going anywhere
• Vehicle transport for a project car, auction pickup, or relocation
• General questions about service, pricing, or coverage area

What to tell us when you call

If you are calling for a tow or roadside, the dispatcher needs four things to send a truck:

1. Where exactly you are - closest mile marker, exit, intersection, or address
2. What is wrong - dead battery, flat tire, won’t start, accident, locked out
3. The make, model, and year of the vehicle
4. Where you want the vehicle to go (if it needs to be towed)

If you are on a busy road and traffic is the bigger danger than the breakdown itself, tell the dispatcher that first. We will route a truck immediately and walk you through staying safe until it arrives.

Service area

We cover everywhere inside Loop 335 and most of the Texas Panhandle outside it. Common pickup areas include downtown Amarillo, Wolflin, San Jacinto, Bivins, Hillside, the airport area, Canyon TX, the WT campus, Palo Duro Canyon State Park, Dumas, Pampa, and Borger. Long distance hauls run regularly to Lubbock and across West Texas.
