We are a local, family-run towing company based in Amarillo, Texas. We have been pulling cars out of trouble across the Panhandle long enough to recognize most of the spots calls come from before the caller even finishes describing where they are. The Soncy exit on I-40. The climb back up out of Palo Duro Canyon. The stretch of US-287 between Amarillo and Dumas where the gas stations get rare. The Walmart parking lot off Coulter where dead batteries are practically a daily call in summer.
What we do
We run 24/7 towing and roadside assistance for everyone in Amarillo and the surrounding Texas Panhandle. Day calls, night calls, holiday calls, ice storm calls. We answer the phone, we send a real tow truck driver, and we charge a fair price quoted before the truck rolls.

Why we do it differently
A lot of towing companies in Amarillo are dispatch services. You call a 1-800 number, somebody in another state takes your information, and they subcontract the actual tow to whoever happens to be available. The price quoted on the phone does not always match the price on the bill. The driver who shows up has no relationship with the company you called.
We are not that. The trucks are ours. The drivers work for us. The price you get on the phone is the price you pay. If you have called us before, the dispatcher might recognize your voice. That kind of thing matters when you are sitting on a shoulder at midnight wondering if anybody is actually coming.

Outside the city we run regular tows to Canyon TX, the WT campus, Palo Duro Canyon State Park, and the closer Panhandle towns - Dumas, Pampa, Borger, Hereford, Stratford. Long distance jobs to Lubbock, Wichita Falls, Abilene, or further into West Texas are priced by the mile and quoted up front.
